Spring Cleanse and Yoga Programme

Spring is the perfect time to cleanse! Spring is the time for rebirth, renewal and reawakening.

This highly accessible 2 week cleanse and yoga programme will focus on removing the obstacles to good health and rejuvenating our systems so we can blossom into our strongest selves for this new season.

An opportunity to reset and renew focussing on our overall health and wellbeing, mind body and soul.  See this as a time to nurture yourself, to build resilience and feel more connected to your body. We are all at different stages in our health but this cleanse is designed for all levels. A thirty page document will be provided with all you need to know about cleansing which also includes recipes, self care activities, meal planning etc. 

This comprehensive programme will be supported by a full schedule of yoga (yin and vinyasa), breath work and meditation all with the intention of restoring balance, optimising health and creating an overall feeling of vitality as we step into Spring.

Hatha Yoga

  • Ongoing support on a closed Facebook group from both Nicole and Starna.

  • Live open-level yoga classes including a combination of vinyasa and yin practices with cleansing breath work and guided meditation.

  • A follow-up zoom call the day after the detox ends to support the reintroduction of food groups and to provide tips on how to sustain a happier healthier  lifestyle.
